ABOUT THE COFFEE

We are very excited and proud to release this new blend, and it’s our favourite one yet!

Paying tribute to the street where it all began for us, and of course referencing the iconic music festival from 1969 by the same name. Woodstock Street in Mayfield West is where we roasted the first batch of Dark's Coffee, and it’s where we still roast all of our coffee to this day. This coffee produces a sweet and smooth cup with notes of stone fruit, caramel, almond, and chocolate. Some sweet biscuit flavours have also been noted.

  • For Espresso

    The Woodstock is best brewed using the following recipe of dose, yield and time:

    1:2 brew ratio (20g in for 40g out) over 30-32 seconds.


    We’ve found by just tightening this up a little, we’re able to extract the richest flavour profile

  • For Filter

    The Woodstock is best brewed using the following recipe:


    1:16 brew ratio (15g in for roughly 250g out)

  • For Cold Brew

    The Woodstock is best brewed using the following recipe:


    1:16 brew ratio (140g in for 1L out)

Wood Stock Flavor Bomb.

Woodstock is a well balanced well rounded coffee with a really subtler taste of Caramel notes. Awesome for an expresso and even better with an Oat Latte.
