Darks Newest Single Origin is grown in the mountainous Oromia region of Gedeo, Yirgacheffe, this coffee is cultivated at altitudes of 1980-2100 meters on 150 hectares of rich, red soil. Only the deepest red cherries are handpicked for fermentation, which is extended to 15 days for a deeper infusion of fruity and funky flavors. The cherries are then dried on raised beds for 20-25 days, resulting in a cup that reflects the care of Gedeo's farmers with its delicate, crisp, and fruity notes.
